We are so happy to get your items packaged, shipped, and on the way to a special recipient. Shipping charges may vary based on size and weight. We currently use USPS for all shipping and tracking. All orders are shipped in 2-5 business days. Please consider weekends and holidays when placing an order. We cannot guarantee delivery dates, please plan accordingly.
We want you to have a wonderful experience with us even when you have to make a return. That's why we created a return policy that fits your needs as a customer and our needs as a small business. If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your purchase, please allow us to assist you for a refund in the original form of payment within 20 days of the original purchase with receipt.
All Clothing, accessories (including all wearable items such as hats, headbands, etc.), and footwear must be returned unworn, unwashed, and in the original condition with the original tags attached. Items cannot not be returned under any other conditions. Toys and all other items may also be returned in the original packaging within 20 days of purchase with receipt. Returns without a receipt will receive store credit if sale is proven. We reserve the right to not accept returns. For online orders, the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.
All sales of customized and or discounted items are final and cannot be returned. We also cannot issue a refund for any items that appear to have been washed, worn, or damaged in any way. If there is any kind of manufacturing issue or malfunction, please allow us to take these situations case by case. We'll make it right and we'll even try to do it quickly and we appreciate your patience while we get it all taken care of.
