The Lewisburg Children's Museum is being challenged like never before by the negative impacts of COVID-19. We’ve had to make some difficult changes including furloughing staff, removing high-touch exhibit components, and reducing open hours. However, the need for kids to explore, create, and grow is now more important than ever! We are determined to continue offering high-quality, innovative experiences to the community.
The reality is that we need YOUR help to adapt our programming and exhibits to keep offering these resources. We have an immediate need for $15,000 which will help us:
Expand our virtual Museum-at-Home classes and activities
Develop enrichment opportunities through our new outdoor Museum WithOut Walls (WOW) program
Install a new touch-free exhibit projector that encourages physical movement and problem-solving skills
Purchase needed cleaning supplies and protective equipment
If you are able, please consider making a donation to the LCM today!
Your generosity is deeply appreciated, and together we can ensure that children and families in the Susquehanna River Valley continue to learn, imagine, and play!
In addition to our general operational and programming needs and expenses, Lewisburg Children's Museum is seeking support for its Count Me In initiative, which provides free or reduced admission for families in need in our communities. Learn more about Count Me In opportunities today!
